Since 1995, Jerry has held progressively responsible positions in software, sales and management consulting. He has worked with organizations of all sizes to accelerate strategic change. In 2000, Capgemini Ernst & Young, LLC, certified Jerry in large group facilitation and the MG Taylor DesignShop™ process. As Lead Facilitator for their Accelerated Solution Environment in Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, Jerry helped executive teams gain cross-functional alignment in Fortune 500 companies. His work has spread across 3 continents with clients ranging from the Fortune 50, middle market businesses, government, non-government and charitable organizations. While attending a military charity event, the Congressional Medal of Honor Patriots Award Dinner of 2008, Jerry and Ryan “Birdman” Parrott had the opportunity to meet and developed a strong friendship. When Ryan approached Jerry about assisting with the Sons of the Flag Burn Foundation initiative — it was an easy decision. Jerry helped Ryan get started by designing and building the “Sons of the Flag” website and continues to assist by advising on growth strategy topics. “So many… have given so much… for the freedoms we enjoy everyday. At the very least, I think we can all give burn survivors a little of our time, energy and resources in order to provide a little bit of ‘freedom’ in their pursuit of a normal life.” Jerry was a collegiate athlete at Texas Tech University and is currently working on his MBA at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, he served in the US Air Force during Operation Desert Storm and actively supports a variety of military charity efforts. Jerry currently resides in the metro Dallas/Fort Worth area.
